The recruiting company is Manufacturing company is located in North Dagon Tsp.

Job Descriptions:

- Promote and sell Battery, Solar Panels/System, Inverters and related products.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Visit customers, dealers, shops, project sites, and potential business partners if require
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries and orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers within company policy.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and dealers.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding accounts when required.
- Monitor competitors' products, pricing, promotions, and market activities.- Develop and implement sales and marketing activities for Battery, Solar, and Inverter products.
- Support product promotions, exhibitions, events, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Collect market information and provide regular feedback to management.
- Identify new market segments and potential customer groups.
- Prepare sales reports, customer lists, and market analysis.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Coordinate with technical/service teams for installation, troubleshooting, and after-sales support when necessary.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Any Graduated).
- 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in Solar, Battery, Inverter, Electrical, Electronics, or related industries.
- Good knowledge of Battery, Solar, Inverter products is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-service skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel for customer visits.
- Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
