- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and market entry plans aligned with company goals and business objectives.
- Lead strategic branding, repositioning, and phased rollout initiatives for major developments, ensuring clear market communication and seamless execution throughout each transition phase.
- Prepare high-level marketing presentations, proposal decks, reports, strategic plans, and management presentation materials.
- Develop innovative marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and market presence within the real estate sector.
- Support senior management with strategic planning, reporting, business analysis, and operational coordination.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in marketing, branding, business development, team leadership, strategic planning, and campaign execution, including focused expertise within the real estate and property development sector.
