Job Description

The recruiting company is Real Estate Company in Hlaing Townships.

Job Descriptions:

- Assist in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Develop high-quality presentations, including slide creation and delivery to internal and external stakeholders
- Support project marketing activities, especially within the real estate sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Contribute creative concepts and innovative ideas for campaigns, events, and promotions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing execution
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and insights

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

-Strong presentation skills (slide creation and confident delivery)
-Good command of English (written and spoken)
-Solid understanding of integrated/360° marketing concepts
-Basic knowledge of real estate marketing is preferred
-Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas
-Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
-Good communication and interpersonal abilities
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
-1–3 years of relevant marketing experience (real estate industry is an advantage)
