These terms are effective from 1st February 2016. Please read Terms before using any contents or services offered on us. The Terms are subject to change without prior notice.
The page states the terms of use ("Terms") under which you ("Users") and your relationship with Myanmarjoblink.com ("Site", "We", "Us", "Our") which is operated by Dagon Glory Company Limited.

  • Governing Law : The Terms form a binding agreement between Users and the Site. Terms are governed by Laws and Regulations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  • Intellectual Property Rights : The Site offers array of services, features, and contents which are protected by governing Myanmar's Law and regulations. Any infringement of intellectual property rights, patent, trademark will incur legal action against violated Users.
  • Use of Our Services : Users may use the Site for personal job seeking purpose or employers seeking employee purpose. The job posting, resume database access, and other features may be used only for previously stated purposes. Users are responsible for their account information, and password. Sharing account and password to third party temporarily or permanently is not allowed.
    Users are prohibited to Discriminating, Insulting, Harassing, Phishing, Privacy violation, Spamming, Copyright or trademark violation and illegal activities.
    Users agree not to do data mining, programmed robots, or extraction activities.
    The Action to destroy or decompile to Site, bulk data load to distract Site, or DDos attack to Site will be taken legal action.
    Unauthorized copy of posts and contents of Site will be subject to governing laws.
    Users agree to use in lawful way and Site's Privacy Policy.
    Users must post correct/real job vacancy announcement, apply job post, browse or view resumes only for employment purposes. User must refrain from misleading information. All information posted on Site must be correct and accurate information.
    Users understand that Site is intended for vacancy postings and job application. Site is not responsible for any hiring decision or any incidents after or before hiring.
    Users understand and acknowledge that certain information uploaded on Site will be stored in database or any mean by Site or Operating Company.
  • Links to third party websites : Site may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. Visit to those links by Users is at their own risk.
  • Site's Liability : Site tries to ensure that information on Site is correct and possesses quality but Site does not guarantee for quality, and legality of jobs or resumes posted.
    Site reserves the right to remove contents of Users' profiles and materials. Removal shall be exercised only if Users breach Terms. In this case, payment and account will be forfeited.
    To maximum degree, Site exercises not to suffer any loss directly or indirectly to Users as a result of using Site. Any form of claim against Site will be limited to Users' existing subscription fee.
    Site shall not be liable for any loss of information caused by external attack of virus, or disruptive activities.
    Site possesses editorial control or amends or uploads contents for Users upon request or agreement of Users.
  • Advertisement, Subscription Packages and Payment Policy : Site has the right to accept and refuse advertisements, and subscription packages.
    Payment shall be made within specified payment date on invoice. Late interest incurs 12% per annum on outstanding payment.
    Any fees mentioned on Site are exclusive of 5% commercial tax.
  • Refund : Site reserves the right to refund any payment made to us.
