Job Description

The recruiting company is Japanese IT Company in Hlaing Township.
Responsibilities:

- Provide Messenger support for infrastructure and research inquiries.
- Share customer inquiries with relevant team members for resolution.
- Create and post social media content (organic posts, ads, and boosts).
- Plan and manage the social media and marketing content calendar.
- Analyze online market trends and prepare research inputs for reports.
- Support both internal and external marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign success, analyze data, and report results to managers.
- Run online ads (PPC), social media posts, email newsletters, and content updates.
- Maintain and update website content and social profiles.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Assist with promotional video and photo shoots for social media and company events.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or professional writing.
- Strong writing skills in English and Myanmar, with a focus on grammar, clarity, and creativity.
- Ability to create engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and content trends.
- Ability to plan and manage content calendars effectively.
- Market research skills, including monitoring online trends and competitor analysis.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams (Sales and Design).
- Ability to handle Messenger support and customer inquiries professionally.
- A creative mindset with the ability to regularly generate fresh content ideas.
- Experience using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Looker Studio.
- Prefer IT background experience.
