The recruiting company is Trading Company located in Bahan Township.

Job Descriptions:

- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive property sales for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Set sales objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Handle key negotiations and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain an updated customer database and sales pipeline.
- Identify new sales channels, market opportunities, and customer segments.
- Establish partnerships with agents, brokers, financial institutions, and corporate clients.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate are an advantage.
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market practices.
- Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Strong consultative selling techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
