Job Description

The recruiting company is Manufacturing company located in Mingaladon Township.

Job Descriptions:

- Manage and supervise production operations to ensure production targets are achieved according to the production plan.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and defined process parameters.
- Monitor and maintain Yield, Waste, and Production Efficiency within the defined targets and standards, and drive improvement where necessary.
- Plan and manage shift schedules, manpower allocation, and work assignments to ensure efficient production operations.
- Monitor production performance, including output, yield, waste, efficiency, and downtime, and provide timely reports to management.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste and production losses, control costs, and improve overall production efficiency.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve process deviations, abnormalities, and production losses through root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ensure production activities comply with GHP, Food Safety, Hygiene, HACCP, and company policies and procedures.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in B. Tech (or) B.E (Engineering).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Production, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry certifications.
