Job Description

The recruiting company is Trading Company located in Thingangyun Township.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reviewing financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow
metrics to assess performance and predict future trends
- Validate financial models and assumptions prepared by business units or advisors.
- Conduct return analysis, sensitivities, scenarios, and risk-return assessments
highlighting key risks while maintaining a fact-based, collaborative approach.
- Summarize valuation insights and prepare investment memos for internal investment
committee approval process.
- Assist in review internal and external investment proposals for feasibility, financial
attractiveness, commercial rationale and strategic fit, in partnership with internal
business units.
- Conducting research on industry trends, competitor performance, and economic
conditions to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields, and professional
certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, FRM) are an advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, PE/VC, or business advisory.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with prior experience building complex
financial models.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power bi and Power query
- Experience reviewing, analyzing, or developing business proposals;
- Exposure to deal execution is preferred strong communication skills, with the ability to present and provide constructive.
- Recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Curious, analytical, proactive, and comfortable interacting with both senior executives
and external partners.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to engage effectively
with senior management and external stakeholders
