Job Description

The recruiting company is Construction & Trading company located in East Dagon Townships.

Job Descriptions:

- နေ့စဉ် ငွေဝင်၊ ငွေထွက် စာရင်းများ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ရမည်။
- Invoice, Receipt, Payment Voucher နှင့် အခြားစာရင်းဆိုင်ရာ စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး မှတ်တမ်းတင်ရမည်။
- Cash Book နှင့် Bank Book များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။
- Bank Statement နှင့် Company စာရင်းများကို Bank Reconciliation ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
- Accounts Payable နှင့် Accounts Receivable စာရင်းများကို စောင့်ကြည့်ရမည်။
- လစဉ်စာရင်းပိတ်ခြင်းနှင့် Financial Report ပြင်ဆင်ရာတွင် Senior Accountant / Finance Manager ကို ကူညီရမည်။
- Expense နှင့် Petty Cash စာရင်းများကို စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။
- Financial Documents များကို စနစ်တကျ Filing ပြုလုပ်ပြီး ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။
- Audit အတွက် လိုအပ်သော စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ ပြင်ဆင်ပေးရမည်။
- Management နှင့် Senior Accountant မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားစာရင်းဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

- Accounting / Finance / Business Administration သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Junior Accountant / Account Assistant အဖြစ် အတွေ့အကြုံ ၁–၂ နှစ် ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Accounting Principles နှင့် စာရင်းကိုင်လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို အခြေခံနားလည်ရမည်။
- Microsoft Excel နှင့် Word ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- Accounting Software အသုံးပြုဖူးပါက ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သည်။
- စာရင်းအချက်အလက်များကို တိကျစွာ စစ်ဆေးနိုင်ပြီး Detail-oriented ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး ရိုးသားမှု၊ ယုံကြည်စိတ်ချရမှုရှိရမည်။
- Teamwork နှင့် Communication Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Deadline အတိုင်း အလုပ်ပြီးစီးအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
