- ပစ္စည်းလက်ခံခြင်း၊ သိုလှောင်ခြင်း၊ ဖြန့်ဖြူးခြင်း၊ ကိုင်တွယ်ခြင်း နှင့် ပို့ဆောင်ခြင်း ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းများကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။

- မိမိအသင်းအဖွဲ့အား ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ဦးဆောင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ပြီး အခြားဌာနများ နှင့် ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

- ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်း အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (3) နှစ် ရှိရမည်။

- Computer ( English/ Myanmar/ Power Point) ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

- System Software အသုံးပြုဖူးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

- Personality, Communication Skill and Problem Solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
