Job Description

The recruiting company is Logistics & Transport (Freight Forwarding) company located in Dagon Seikkan Township.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform daily data entry and record keeping for all inbound and outbound warehouse transactions.
- Prepare, update, and maintain inventory databases, stock records, and warehouse logs with high accuracy.
- Verify inventory data by cross-checking physical stock, delivery notes, and system records.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and submit them to the warehouse supervisor.
- Assist in monitoring inventory movement and flag any data discrepancies or abnormal stock changes.
- Manage warehouse-related documents, including GRNs, DOs, stock cards, and filing systems.
- Support periodic stock counts by preparing count sheets and reconciling count results in the system.
- Communicate with supervisors and relevant departments regarding inventory status and documentation issues.
- Ensure all warehouse data and documents are complete, traceable, and properly archived.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements


- High school graduation or above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse data entry, inventory control, or clerical roles.
- Strong attention to detail with good numerical and data-checking ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas preferred) and Word.
- Able to read and write basic English for reports, emails, and inventory documents.
- Organized, responsible, and comfortable working on-site with shift arrangements.
