Job Description

The recruitment company is foreign investment construction company in Thilawa.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities such as job posting, application processing, interview scheduling, and document preparation/ filing.
- Receive CV Forms and verify required documents while maintaining strict confidentially of personal data .
- Record and update the employee’s personal data (Both Soft & Hard copies)
- Support Senior HR personnel in handling employee matters related to compensation and benefits,and ensure proper distributions of rules and regulations.
- Follow up on employee’s EC and maintain required documentation in an organizer manner.
- Operate and manager HR software effectively.
- Review and accurately record employee attendance, leave and absences.
- Assist senior HR staff in social security board (SSB) processes.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to Senior HR personnel.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and maintain positive employee relations
- Support senior staff in managing training enrollment processes for employee development
- Collaborate with senior HR staff to maintain effective teamwork and workflow.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the senior ,manager or department officer.

Job Requirement

Requirements:
- Any Bachelor degree
- Diploma in HR Management or Development.
- At least (3) years working experience in HR field.
- Excellent Skill in HRIS.
- Must have knowledge of all HR Functions, Employment & Myanmar Labor Law.
