Job Descriptions:

- HR Policy, Procedures, Handbook များကို Update ရေးဆွဲ၊ အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
- Recruitment & Selection Process (Job Posting, Interview, Hiring) ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Process များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း
- Performance Management System ကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ပြီး Employee Evaluation များ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
- Employee KPI , Appraisal များ တိကျစွာစောင့်ကြည့်အကဲဖြတ်ခြင်း
- Training & Development Program များ စီစဉ်ခြင်း
- Payroll, Attendance, Leave Management များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း
- Employee Relations, Grievance Handling နှင့် Disciplinary Matters များကို ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း
- Myanmar Labour Law နှင့် Company Policy များကို လိုက်နာစေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း
- Office Supplies, Fixed Assets, Facilities Management ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
- Company Vehicles, Security, Cleaning, Maintenance စနစ်များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း
- Rule & Regulation များအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

- တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- MBA or Mini MBA or Human Resources နှင့်ပတ်သတ်သော Diploma ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- HR & Admin ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး 5 နှစ်နှင့်အထက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ
- Labour Law ကျွမ်းကျင်နားလည်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Leadership, Communication, Internal Personal Skill , Problem Solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Planning & Organizing Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Confidential Information များကို တာဝန်ယူစောင့်ရှောက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
