Job Description

The recruiting company is Jewellery Company located in Sanchaung Township

Job Descriptions:

- HR Admin အဖွဲ့ကို ဦးဆောင်၍ နေ့စဉ် Admin HR လုပ်ငန်းများ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရပါမည်။
- Recruitment process (Job posting, Interview arrangement, Onboarding) ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲပေးရပါမည်။
- Employee records, contracts, leave management စသည်တို့ကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်း‌ရပါမည်။
- HR policies & procedures များကို အဖွဲ့အစည်းအတွင်း အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ပေးရပါမည်။
- Employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions စသည်တို့ကို စီမံပေးရပါမည်။
- HR Admin team members များကို Training နှင့် performance appraisal ပြုလုပ်နိုင် ရမည်။
- ရုံးလုပ်ငန်းများကို စီမံကြပ်မတ်ပြီး ရုံးသုံးစာရေးကိရိယာများနှင့် ရုံးသုံးပစ္စည်းများကို ဝယ်ယူထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရပါမည်။

Job Requirement

Requirements:

- တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
- HR & admin နှင့် ပတ်သတ်ပြီး UK Diploma လက်မှတ် ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ရာထူးဖြင့် လုပ်သက် ၃ နှစ် နှင့် အထက် ရှိရပါမည်။
- ဝန်ထမ်းရေးရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ ရုံးပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းများအား စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရပါမည်။
- အင်္ဂလိပ်စာ ( အရေးအပြော ) နှင့် ကွန်ပျူတာ ကျွမ်းကျင် သူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
- လူမှု့ဆက်ဆံရေး ပြေပြစ်ကောင်းမွန်သူ၊ အလုပ်ကြိုးစားလိုစိတ်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ အပြင်သွားနိုင်ရပါမည်။
- လက်အောက်ငယ်သားများအား အတူလက်တွဲခေါ်ယူနိုင်ပြီး အလုပ်၏ ဖိအားဒဏ် ခံနိုင်ရပါမည်။
- ကုမ္ပဏီနှင့် ရေရှည် လက်တွဲ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူများ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
