Job Descriptions:
- Oversee daily operations sales and Lead sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Setting individual sales targets and instructions with the sales team.
- Manage production efficiency and product quality.
- Develop and implement for sales business strategies.
- Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Develop strategic goals and objectives aligned with the company’s mission.
- Support and execute local Sales and promotional activities.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7- 10 years of sales experience in Sales/Vehicle Sales / machinery service.
- Proven leadership experience in multi-regional sales management,
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong analytical and performance management capability.
- Good communication, negotiation skills , teamwork and customer service mindset.
- Can be use Software and computer skills (Excel, email)
