The recruiting company is Distribution Company in North Dagon Township.

Key Responsibilities & Duties :

- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Achieve annual sales targets, revenue goals, and market expansion plans.
- Identify new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and distributors.
- Develop sales Target
- Set sales targets and KPIs for team members.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching/support.
- Lead, motivate, and develop sales team capability.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for medical products.
- Plan product launches, medical events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with organizations.
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
- Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and competitor performance.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to management.
- Identify opportunities for new products/services.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports.
- Present business performance updates to management.
- Support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure sales and marketing activities comply with medical industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain ethical practices in customer engagement.

Job Requirement

Job Specifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Additional qualifications in Sales/Marketing Management are preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the medical industry.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
- Experience with medical or healthcare networks is preferred.
- Strong sales strategy and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good understanding of medical market trends and customer behavior.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies and execute campaigns.
- Good command of Microsoft Office skills.
