Job Description

The recruiting company is securities (Stock share) company located in Sule Township.

Job Descriptions:

- Visit potential listing/registration companies for promotion of IPO advisory services.
- Conduct and support Financial and Business Due Diligence (including on-site visits).
- Conduct KYC checks and coordinate with the Operation Team to perform screening through the World-Check system.
- Prepare the proposed timeline for the whole project.
- Draft minutes of meetings with clients/potential clients and internal committee meetings.
- Request, collect, and review necessary documents related to the project.
- Prepare, assist in preparing, and provide guidance on required documents (e.g., Constitution, internal policies and procedures, announcements, undertaking forms etc.).
- Prepare invoices and follow up on necessary actions until payment is received.
- Assist in drafting the Prospectus and support the translation process.
- Review financial statements and provide recommendations to improve presentation quality and strengthen the company’s capital structure.
- Collect, prepare, and maintain records of documents to be submitted to YSX and SECM.
- Review and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with the criteria, laws, rules and regulations, notifications, instructions and guidelines issued by YSX, SECM and DICA.
- Act as a liaison between YSX and client company throughout the listing process.
- Provide advice and recommendations to client company in line with YSX requirements and perform other related tasks as requested by client
- To facilitate and support investment project and/or business collaboration between Myanmar company and foreign company introduced by Daiwa Group

Job Requirement

Requirements:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business from reputable Universities
- Understanding of Accounting and Finance (to be tested by quiz)
- Candidates with working experience in accountancy and consultancy, in a finance or business background will be advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
- Able to priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a positive work attitude
- Self-starter and team player, culturally flexible to adopt “joint-venture” environment
- Proficiency in verbal & written English and Myanmar language
- Proficiency in (a) applications like Word, Excel, Power Point and (b) accounting
