The recruiting company is Logistics & Freight Forwarding Company located in Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township.

Job Descriptions:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new customers in local and international markets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients.
- Lead , motivate and manage the sales team to achieve team KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Represents the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry activities

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business , Marketing , Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 5years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Proven experience in leading a sales team and developing B2B business.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistecs operations .
- Good communication , negotiation , and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
