Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Manage and supervise distributors, dealers, and sales representatives to ensure effective market coverage
• Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, sell-in and sell-out activities
• Identify new distribution channels and expand market penetration
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and major customers
• Prepare and submit sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis reports
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth distribution and order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and sales procedures
• Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in distribution or FMCG-related business
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage distributors and achieve sales targets
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel as required for market visits
