Job Description

The recruiting company is Manufacturing Company located in Mayangone Township.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and independently execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance.
- Manage key accounts, retail partners, and distribution channels.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Oversee product promotions, events, and brand-building activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide decision-making.
- Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and prepare reports.
- Work in a start-up environment with high ownership and minimal supervision.
- Build strong customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (FMCG/Nutrition/Pharma preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle responsibilities without constant guidance.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment and adapting to rapid changes.
