Job Description

The recruiting Company is Trading Company located in South Dagon Township.

Job Requirements:

- Monitor and manage receivables to ensure timely collection.
- Send a monthly aged receivable report with estimated payment updates.
- Send monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements with explanatory comments to Director for review. (19th of the month)
- Process payroll accurately and record transactions into Xero accounting software.
- Manage Commercial Tax and Income Tax filings, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements, including KPay transactions, every month.
- Check order and route planning to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Job Requirement

Collaborate closely with the inventory team to align stock availability with order demands.
- Maintain and update the Delivery Tracking List, recording order and delivery dates accurately.
- Receive orders from Page Messenger group and telephone (including individual customers, resellers, and bulk orders).
- Create draft invoices in Accounting Software.
- Log into the Supermarket portal on Monday morning as the first task.
- Issue draft invoices for Supermarket orders in Accounting Software.
- Submit invoices to Manager for approval.
- Issue physical vouchers.
- Record petty cash expenses accurately.
- Record director expenses.
