- သတ်မှတ်ထားသောစည်းကမ်းများကို တိကျစွာလိုက်နာနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အရောင်းစီမံ တာဝန်ရှိသူ၏ ညွှန်ကြားချက်အတိုင်း လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
