Job Description

The recruiting company is Paint & Vanish (Manufacturing and Distribution) company located in Hlaing Township.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Manage relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a car – frequent travel may be required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales software tools is a plus.
