Job Description

- Expedite flows of work and materials per production SOW & schedule of assigned projects;
- Ensure approved SDs timely circulating and update revision versions;
- Submit daily/weekly reports on production progress and change in schedules or materials;
- Coordinate with the materials prep. team to ensure materials timely supply for production;
- Coordinate with the Production Manager to resolve manufacturing inefficiencies;
- Coordinate with Production Trades to ensure daily progress meeting targets;
- Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure products delivery meets site demands;
- Coordinate with QC Inspectors to ensure products quality meets standards;
- Create and distribute product labels to the products packaging department;
- Coordinate with warehouse & logistics for materials/goods incoming/outgoing schedules;
- Prioritize production job orders for production across assigned projects;
- Assist in overall production needs and interfaces with counterparts to ensure product delivery punctuality with the required quality.

Job Requirement

- The vacancies are open for Myanmar nationals only;
- 3-year experience in furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out projects;
- Equipped skills in carpentry or vanishing works are a plus;
- IT literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and AutoCAD;
- Working knowledge in understanding production drawings is a must;
- Great patience in detail with good commutation & interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in both Myanmar and English languages.
