Job Description

- Schedule preventive maintenance plan.
- Supervise service company for maintenance work both electrical system and mechanical system.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly and routine inspection of electrical equipment, generator, water pump and fire system.
- Corrective maintenance activities for system failure.
- Maintain and provide up to date drawing, technical documents, records and reports.
- Responsible for all emergency repair and maintenance. Be available either onsite or offsite for troubleshooting and repair in all emergency machine break down situations.
- Do maintenance of air-corn, generator, air circulation system, lighting and plumbing.
- Continual improvement to reduce operation cost.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager.

Job Requirement

- A.G.T.I/ B. TECH/ BE (EP/ EC/ MC)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/ Word/ Power Point)
- Able to use Auto CAD (2D)
- Minimum 1 year experience in factory maintenance field. (Fresh graduate is also welcome)
- Must have knowledge in generator
- Able to understand electrical drawing
- Have knowledge in air-con is a plus
- Must have experience in water supply pumps.
