Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities
-Assist Managing Director (MD) in supervising corporate planning (CP) and General Affairs (GA) operation of TCCCM.
-Manage all of corporate documents (minutes of shareholders meeting & BOD meeting, official certificate & license and internal approval letters etc.)
-Manage schedule of authority and company ruling.
-Manage and supervise the Facility Management, Fix & Current Assets control, Office Supply Management, Vehicle Arrangement, Vendor Management and Warehouse Management.
-Manage budget marking and budget control (monitoring and analysis)
-Manage company assets (tangible and intangible) cooperate with Account Department.
-Address employee's issues or grievances and develop with Human Resources Team.
Establish the Standard work flow, procedures, work instruction to make sure that all employees will properly work according to the standard procedure and safety condition.
-Establish the Performance Appraisal Policy.
-Risk Assessment shall be done periodically and countermeasure on all risks.
-Others task that might be assigned by Managing Director.

Job Requirement

-Any Graduate, preferably with Business Managerial.
-At least (5 years) Management Experience in Related Field
-Good in written and spoken English
