- Responsible for planning, managing, and delivering all components of a high-end mixed-use development project, covering horizontal and vertical construction, infrastructure, and landscaping.
- This role ensures quality execution, timely delivery, cost control, and stakeholder satisfaction, while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and authorities throughout all project phases—from design to handover.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
- 20+ years’ experience in managing large-scale, luxury mixed-use developments (urban or resort).
-Experience in infrastructure, low-rise luxury residential, commercial, and high-rise construction.
