Job Description

The recruiting company is Interior Design &Decoration Service company located in Kamaryut Township.

Job Requirements:

- B.E (Civil), B.Tech (Civil), AGTI (Civil) ဘွဲ့ ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည် ။
- interior Decoration experience ရှိ ရမည် ။
- PE ရာထူးဖြင့် - interior Decoration experience ရှိ ရမည် ။
- လုပ်သက် အနည်းဆုံး (3)နှစ်ရှိရမည်။

Job Requirement

- Project အချိန်မီ အောင်မြင်ပြီးစီးရေးအတွက် Project Team တခုလုံးအား Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring ပြုလုပ်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Interior Decoration Project တစ်ခုလုံးအား စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်နိုင်ရမည် ။
- Project Schedule အတွင်း Project အချိန်မှီပြီးစီးရေးအတွက် လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်များအား သက်ဆိုင်ရာအထက်လူကြီးထံသို့ Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report များပေးပြီး ညွှန်ကြားချက်အတိုင်း စီမံဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်း အဆင်ပြေပြီးမြောက်အောင်မြင်ရေးအတွက် မိမိ၏ Project Team အပြင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Consultant, Subcon/ Contractor / ဌာနဆိုင်ရာများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Project Management ပိုင်းအား Strong ဖြစ်စွာလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
