Job Description

The recruiting company is Travel & Tour company located in Yankin Township

Job Descriptions:

- Checking daily exchange rate to money changer twice a day.
- Prepare credit vouchers for customer banking payments and collect payments from walk-in customers.
- Entry daily payment & receipt transactions in excel cash book.

Job Requirement

- Reconcile daily cash book’s bank balances with bank statements issued by Sr. Accountant.
- Entry monthly petty cash transactions in MYOB.
- Prepare and arrange necessary cash reimbursements for customer refunds, supplier payments and other obligations.
- Prepare necessary documents for bank account opening and others related case.
- Record advance payments & remind issue persons to claim within 3 working days for advance clearance.
- Report cash & bank balances in viber group daily.
