Job Description

The recruitment company is Manufacturing Company located in Mingalardone Tsp.

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise and manage daily accounting operations including cash flow.
• Review of accounting records and financial reports prepared by the team.
• Prepare financial reports, Profit & Loss Statements, and Balance Sheets.
• Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and departmental expenses.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and internal control processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with branches and submit consolidated monthly reports to Management and BODs.
• Handling the relationship of MIC office for proposal cases.
• Handling the relationship of external auditors.
• Coordinate with the ISMS team to review, improve, and protect accounting data security against breaches.
• Communication with Tax Office (MTO-2) to prepare necessary documents and ensure compliance.
• Other duties assigned by Director.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

• Any Graduate/ B. Com
• Accounting Software
• Proficient in Excel (Advanced Excel)
• Professional Accounting qualifications preferred
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in accounting field
• Communication with English. • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting • Good analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
