Job Description

The recruiting company is Japanese IT Company in Hlaing Township.

Job Descriptions:

- Conduct financial analysis, forecasts, and modeling to support decision‐making.
- Collaborate with another cross team and manage the annual budget.
- Supervise and manage the daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Manage the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor budget performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Manage cash flow, monitor banking activities, and recommend cash management strategies.
- Prepare for and participate in financial audits, working closely with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Implement best practices for financial management and reporting.
- Reviewing financial records, contracts, and other documentation to determine accuracy and completeness of data.
- Coordinate in the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and issues that may affect the company's stability.
- Ensure adequate liquidity for day‐to‐day operations.
- Solid knowledge of cost control in balance with revenue.
- Collaborate on developing business plans, special financial projects, such as cost reduction initiatives and financial system upgrades.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

- Must have bachelor's degree, ACCA Part 1,2 or CPA or another finance & accounting
diploma.
- Experience is 5 years above in finance or accounting Manager fields.
- Must have proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.
- Must have strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
- Must be Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must have attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Must have can be communicate in English.
- Must have manage time effectively and work well under pressure to meet deadline.
- Must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
- Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage team members effectively.
- Must possess strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with the Japan Finance Team and clearly explain work processes to internal teams and stakeholders
