Job Description

The recruiting company is Logistics & Transport (Freight Forwarding) company located in Dagon Seikkan Township.

Job Descriptions:


- Perform daily data entry for all inbound/outbound transactions; maintain accurate inventory databases and warehouse logs
- Cross-check physical stock against delivery notes and system records to ensure data integrity.

- Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.

- Monitor inventory movements and proactively flag any data discrepancies or abnormal stock changes.

- Manage all warehouse-related documents, including GRNs (Goods Received Notes), DOs (Delivery Orders), and stock cards.
Stock Counting: Support periodic physical stock counts and reconcile results within the system.

- Responsible for inventory safety management, ensuring all goods are stored securely and preventing loss, damage, or unauthorized access.
- 
 Ensure all warehouse records are complete, traceable, and properly archived for future reference.


Job Requirement

Job Requirements:


- Bachelor's Degree in any field.

- Minimum 3 year of experience in warehouse data entry, inventory control, or clerical roles.


- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas) and Word.
Basic English literacy (reading/writing) for reports and email correspondence.

- Core Competencies: * Strong attention to detail and high numerical accuracy. Highly organized, responsible, and disciplined
