Job Description

The recruiting company is Transport Company located in Hlaing Township.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

- Discuss the vehicle problem with the customer
- Explain and sell SM service by well understanding the SM pricing and payment Policy
- Communicate and determine customers’ needs to sell the parts and service
- Coordinate with Parts team and Service Team for Costing
- Report Repaired Order to Operation Manager
- Follow-up while the repair is in progress
- Solving the customer complaints promptly.
- Issue the Invoice to Customer by caring Customer Satisfaction
- Develop communication skill to reinforce customer relationship.
- Regularly report to Operation Manager
- Preparing Quotation and deliver to customer
- Recording the Service Data

Job Requirement

JOB SPECIFICATIONS :

- Automotive knowledge and experience
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Email & Internet
- Engineering Related Degree or Automotive related Diploma or Certificate will be considered as advantage
- Driving Skill will be an added advantage
