Job Description

The recruiting companyt is Financial Services Company Located inTamwe Tsp.

Responsibilities:

- Check and verify all department vouchers at Head Office, including expense vouchers, sundry advances, bank withdrawals, deposits, prepaid vouchers, monthly bill payments, and SSB payment vouchers, ensuring compliance with approved budgets, contracts, and authorization requirements.
- Ensure accurate processing of savings deposits and withdrawals for all staff and Micro Loan clients..
- Review and verify branch-related expenses in coordination with Head Office..
- Process the opening and closing of loan and saving accounts.
- Handle the monthly payroll payment process at Head Office.
- Assist with monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and other related financial transactions
- Ensure accurate cash and bank payments for all expense vouchers and savings deposit and withdrawal transactions.
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation by matching system balances with physical cash.
- Arrange fund replenishment to support weekly cash flow requirements for all departments.
- Assist to external audit requirement documents and regulatory requirement documents
- Able to handle complex financial transactions with attention to detail.
- Able to work out of office hour which will require any emergency matter

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

- Any bachelor’s degree holder.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in the Microfinance sector, with sound accounting knowledge (LCCI Level 2 & 3 preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel functions, and strong technical knowledge of the MBWIN system.
- Good communication skill of English Language and email writing
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with staff and clients.
- Familiar with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Viber, and other related applications used for meetings and training purposes.
