Job Description

The recruiting company is Gas Trading Company located in Thingangyun Township.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily Logistics and operations across retail outlets, wholesale points, and distribution functions.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
- Coordinate closely with finance, sales, and delivery teams to align operational strategies and goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through service quality and by addressing complaints promptly.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure environmental and LPG handling regulations are followed.
- Supervise the recruitment and licensing process, ensuring legal compliance and thorough documentation.
- Optimize delivery and distribution routes to reduce fuel consumption, downtime, and delays
- Control transportation and logistics costs while maintaining timely, accurate deliveries.
- Monitor departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective resource use.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) on cost and performance.

Job Requirement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Any Graduate
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably in the LPG Industry.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, stock control, and reporting practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and ensure timely execution.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and logistics operations is a strong advantage.
