Job Description

This Recruitment is ELV Service Company Located in KyiMyindine Township.

Key Responsibilities:

A. System Design & Documentation
- Assist in preparing system designs, schematics, single-line diagrams, layout drawings, and cable schedules for ELV systems.
- Support the creation of shop drawings and as-built documentation.
- Provide technical input on product selection, equipment configuration, and system architecture.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards, codes, and project specifications.

B. Proposal Review & Technical Validation
- Review and verify ELV proposals, quotations, and BOQs prepared by the sales or project team.
- Check system compatibility, completeness of materials, and accuracy of quantities.
- Identify technical gaps, propose corrections, and ensure cost-effective, workable solutions.
- Evaluate subcontractor submissions and vendor quotations for technical compliance.

C. Installation & Commissioning Support
- Supervise and guide junior technicians during installation of ELV systems.
- Perform pre-commissioning tests, system configurations, and functional checks.
- Assist engineers during system integration, calibration, and final commissioning.
- Prepare testing & commissioning reports and support clients during handover.

D. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Provide level-2 troubleshooting for complex ELV issues.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and network-related faults across ELV platforms.
- Support corrective and preventive maintenance activities when required.

E. Coordination & Team Support
- Work closely with project engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Attend site coordination meetings and technical workshops when necessary.
- Report progress, challenges, and site issues promptly to the engineering team.

Job Requirement

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge in ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, PA/BGM, Fire Alarm Integration, Structured Cabling, Wi-Fi, and AV systems.
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop technical drawings.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Visio, or similar design tools (advantage).
- Good understanding of IP networking, switches, basic routing, and system integration.
- Hands-on experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in ELV systems installation, commissioning, or system integration.
- Experience in proposal review, BOQ validation, and system design is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as TIA/EIA, ISO, NEC, and local codes.
- Vendor certifications (Hikvision, Bosch, Honeywell, Cisco, Extron, Crestron, etc.) are an added advantage.
