The recruiting company is Trading / Export & Import company located in Kyeemyinndaing township.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategic business plan to achieve company objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of the business or department.
- Lead, manage and develop department heads and staff.
- Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations and industry standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, vendors and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, cost reduction and improved efficiency.
- Report directly to executive leadership or the board of directors.

Job Requirement

Job Requirement:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior operational roles and over 6 years experiences as General Manager.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance / operation metrics.
- Solid understanding of business functions (e.g., HR, Marketing, Operation).
