Job Description

The recruiting company is Trading Company located in Bahan Township.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Develop budgets and monitor expenditure throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities (BOQs).
- Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations.
- Review and administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms.
- Assess and process progress claims, variations, and change orders.
- Advise on contractual and commercial risks.
- Track project costs against budgets and forecasts.
- Identify potential cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure accurate quantity take-offs.
- Attend project meetings to provide cost updates and advice.
- Ensure proper settlement of accounts with contractors and vendors.

Job Requirement

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, with professional certification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (depending on level).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
