Job Description

The recruiting company is Service Company located in Yankin Township.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle user inquiries through phone, chat, Messenger, Viber, and email.
- Assist users with coupon usage, account issues, redemption problems, and app navigation.
- Coordinate with merchants to confirm deals, resolve redemption issues, and maintain accurate information.
- Record daily support cases and report recurring problems to the Customer Service Lead.
- Escalate technical issues (booking errors, bugs, SMS code issues) to the operations or development team.
- Collect user and merchant feedback to improve service quality.
- Support on-ground events, campaigns, and user–merchant communication when required.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, call centre, or support role (freshers with strong attitude also considered).
- Good communication skills in Burmese; basic English reading/writing.
- Ability to type quickly and respond promptly.
- Patient, polite, and comfortable dealing with customers.
- Familiar with smartphone apps, Facebook, Messenger, and basic tech tasks.
- Ability to work on weekends or evenings during special campaigns (with notice).
