Job Description

-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels,
providing accurate information and assistance regarding export processes, product availability,
pricing, and shipment status.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Address and resolve any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to
exceed customer expectations.
- Receive and process export orders, ensuring accuracy in documentation, pricing, and shipment
details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
- Track shipments and address any issues that may arise during the operation process
- Strictly follow company's guidelines and policies
- Ensure to follow company SOP
- Track the percentage of export documentation errors, such as inaccuracies in invoices, packing lists,
or customs declarations.
- Prepare and maintain export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping labels, and
customs declarations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customer

Job Requirement

- Stay up-to-date with export regulations, trade agreements, and customs requirements to ensure legal
compliance in all export transactions.
-On-time reporting/updating data
-Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in export operations.
- Implement best practices and contribute to the development of standardized procedures to enhance
customer service and streamline export processes.
