Job Description


Work Duties:
• Plan and design training program and tests
• Deliver home cleaning training program at classroom and real-life house settings
• Ensure students pick up the required skills and aptitude to uphold top professional standards
• Screening of students to ensure that the right candidates are shortlisted for Singapore job interview
• Update student data and maintain records of the quality of professionals
• Liaise with external parties to arrange necessary off-site cleaning training
• Any other duties as required

Job Requirement


• Strong in both Burmese & English communication
• Must have at least 1 year experience as supervisor in housekeeping / hospitality industry
• Smart and resourceful
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on mentality with strong attention to detail
• Candidates with housekeeping / house cleaning experience in Singapore will have an added advantage
• Must be proactive and meticulous
• Must be able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
