Job Description



Job Descriptions
-Organize and maintain personal records
-Update internal databases (eg.Attendance, OT & Leaves Records)
-Prepare HR Documents employment contracts,notice letters etc
-Assist Payroll process by providing relevant employee information
-Prepare job descriptions,vacancy announcements,Screen CVs,shortlist candidates,arrange interview process and offer process
-Support the management of company's disciplinary and grievance issues
-Maintain and purchase fixed assets,stationary and office materials
-Other Duties assigned by Senior HR

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in related field
-Experienced Candidate with strong HR knowledge
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office,Knowledge Sheet,Internet and Email
-Good Communication Skills and Teamwork
-Responsible,Proactive and Adaptable to changes
