•Bachelor Degree from both an Engineering (or) English / Supply Chain Management, Logistics.

Job Description

•Inquiry for organization and project team requirements.
•Find out new supplier source and market analysis for the need products.
•Collecting potential supplier information and performance evaluation on it.
•Selecting the suitable existing venders and new suppliers and request for quotations.
•Administrating for the inquired quotation, specification, test reports, certificate and other data.
•Detail discussing and negotiating with supplier according to organization requirement on products details facts or specifications to get best competitive (target) price, Quality, Delivery schedule, Payment and so on.
•Analyze on prepare comparison price, specification, production time, payment, supplier performance and so on for Market Analysis
•Maintain relation with potential suppliers and build with new suppliers.
•Search new products to meet organization goal.
•Update trackers daily for all inquired processes to report daily or weekly inquiry list to Team / Department Head.
•Explained and passed the inquired data to the purchasing team.
•Other duties are assigned.

Job Requirement

•Bachelor Degree from both an Engineering (or) English / Supply Chain Management, Logistics.
•Well experience of good communication, negotiation, interpersonal skill with international suppliers and customers.
•Talent in negotiations and networking.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to prioritize and organize workload.
•Welcome to learn for new product & market.
•Can work well independently and under pressure
