Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Manage compensation and benefits (payroll and income tax, social security, medical insurance, bonus, merit increase, employee uniforms, etc.);

2. Maintain organization chart, manpower planning or headcount data reporting

3. Assist in preparing quarterly HR & admin budget, compile data for analysis, maintain compensation databases

4. Manage absence, time and attendance of employee as well as contract service workers;

5. Responsible for communicating and administering Employee Engagement programs

6. Monitor and responsible for Statutory compliance of various industrial laws including labour law

7. Manage employees registration at labor office, prepare Employment Contract and follow up on contract status

8. Ensure that organizations HR strategy is implemented effectively and that organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.

9. Responsible for audit compliances and closing of NCs.

10. Coordination of recruitment and selection right from sourcing and screen of resumes to arranging interviews on timely basis

11. Labour contractors related administration. Supply of casual labour on need basis

12. Assist in Performance Management coordination and up keep record

13. To coordinate and keep record up to date in relation to various trainings.

14. Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as canteen, housekeeping and vehicles management.

Job Requirement

Requirements
University graduate with 4 years of experience in Human Resources with focus on Compensation and Benefits
More prefer in MNC experiences
Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
Extensive experience in Myanmar income tax calculation
Ability to work under pressure with tough deadlines;
Fluent in English
