Job Description

The recruitment is F & B (manufacturing) Located in Mingalardon Tsp.

Key Duties/ Responsibilities
• Tracking daily sales, performing gap analysis vis--vis targets and take corrective actions.
• Explain the Inputs/ Schemes to field force and monitor implementation in the market in order to ensure last mile execution.
• Design and execute trade schemes while maximizing the throughput of trade spends.
• Work closely with distributor on stocks forecast to ensure stocks availability especially during peak seasons and with Warehouse & Logistics team to meet sales and stocks fulfillment targets.
• Provide feedback on trade and competitors’ market developments to ensure company will always stay relevant with the trade customers.
• Conduct quarterly or bi-yearly business reviews with assigned accounts to improve sales
performance and to further develop company business
• Ensure the achievement of sell-out target
• Establish sales target and make sales plans for every customer in Modern Trade in accordance with Company sales and distribution strategy
• Assist in planning process of Modern Trade sales and merchandising by brand/ by customer.
• Seek out and explore new sales, product and customer opportunities in Modern Trade channel.
• Monitor sell-out by customer/by brand/by salesmen as well as market behaviors and competitors’ development to have timely and suitable reactions
• Analyze sales data to enhance the sales improvement of the Company
• Negotiate with Modern Trade customers about the terms and conditions of the contract
• Manage customer credit and payment.
• Establish and maintain the favorable relationship with major customers
• Perform other job-related as assigned

Job Requirement

- MBA or relevant technical qualification, Bachelor’s Degree also will be considered for good experienced candidate
- 2-4 years work experience is needed (in FMCG industry).
- Good communication skill and prefer good in English Language
- Good team player & high collaboration
- Adaptability & Problem Solving
- Can make penetration to new market with new strategy
- Able to work under stress situation and can work under pressure
- Leadership skill
