JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position is a managerial level position, where the individual must have past experience in administrative management and general back office support. Immediate responsibilities include:

- Produce external and internal reporting requirements
- Assist the Director for the planning, budgeting and forecasting activity for the company.
- Work with the accountant to monitor spending, petty cash and processing payroll and other expenses.
- Coordinate with HR Manager for hiring, training and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Maintain and up-to-date staff records, with a confidential filing system for all staff and HR processes.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures that fit with the Myanmar regulations and laws.
- Generate the annual leave roster, process leave requests and register absence as well as provide management with timely feedback on leave requests.
- Go to the labor department to file labor contracts.
- Provide working tools for newly recruited staff. E.g. workspace, computer, manuals, ID cards, medical and social benefits.
- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Assist Management for all PR initiatives including, events, Myanmar Japan, Facebook, company brochures, and videos.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Provide Sales/cost/efficiency/profit and business management support and analysis to the functional areas in the organization as requested
- Monthly cash flow management.
- Work with the accountant to ensure all payments are accurately recorded and reflected in the general ledger.
- Work with the accountant to ensure Tax filings and bank transactions.
- General filing and scanning of documents.
- Interface with the administrative team in Japan and assist as required.
- Answering phones and greeting guests.
- Assisting general manager and sales director
- Assist existing accounts and keep a good relationship to build repeat business.
- Continuously drive growth and profitability, and ensuring financial targets are met consistently.
- Participate in local events and associations and government gatherings to develop and strengthen the customer network.
- Develop and Coordinate with local real-estate, architect, and construction companies a good relationship to provide high quality service to our clients.
- Other duties allocated by the Director.

Job Requirement

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
- University Graduate.
- Minimum of 5+ years in Japanese or Foreign company
- Minimum 5 years of admin back office support experience
- Strong communication skill. N3 or equivalent level of Japanese.
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Japanese company experience in Myanmar is a big plus.
- Knowledge of the principles of financial controller ship and internal control processes
