Job Description

Key Role
• Oversee daily operation for service operation
• Job planning and scheduling
• Resources planning for scheduled work
• Technical skill competency progression for service team
• Execution of Service offering packaging
• Vendor / contractor qualification for subcontracting work

Key Responsibility
• To ensure the smooth running of the service department as well as its development in accordance to establish policies and procedures
• To ensure sufficient technical customer support is readily available
• To manage and monitor sub-contractors
• To analyze and solve technical issues encountered by Customer Service Team
• To ensure effective communication with other departments regarding technical issues encountered during customer support
• To ensure customer complaints are attended and establish good customer rapport
• To diagnose problems faced by customer
• To ensure quick response to customer complaints
• To train, educate and develop his/her team
• To ensure the service team performs the duty accordance to policies and procedures
• Service fleet management
• To manage the faulty returned parts from field
• To perform and commit to other duties and activities assigned by GM or Service Manager, if necessary

Key Accountability
• Service team development
• To ensure smooth daily operation and no miss in maintenance schedule, repair, complaint call attendance
• Monthly sales projection accuracy
• Availability of common spare parts to support customer
• To ensure total customer satisfaction by on time solving of warranty issues and customer quality complaints
