- Engineering Degree Holder.
- Responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term financial and operational goals.
- Directs the development of the organization to ensure future growth.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Sales, Tender, projects, Marketing, Production,Finance etc.)
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Write and submit reports to the BOD in all matters of importance.
- Assist BOD in fundraising ventures.
- Work together with BOD to develop strategies for each department's success.
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
- Manage relationships with clients and vendors.
