Job Description

Manage Day to Day Operations of the HR Department
• Manage for filing system (Employee personal profile/other document filings)
• Handling of HRM process (Rule & Regulation, Policy, Training Development, Compensation & Benefit, Workforce Planning)
• Must be handling company Rule & Regulation will strong
• Must be handling HRD/ HRM process
• Updating and revising the whole company and departmental organizational charts.
• Managing recruitment process, interviewing, selecting
• Creating HR forms and Admin forms as per requirement of organization Monitoring the SOP, FDP & ORG
• To improve relative department KPI, Performance & Core Value
• To improve groups organization in this current
• All of employee are obey Rule & Regulation.
• Excellent Communication Skills & Problem-Solving Skills
• To manage staff attendance, Leave and welfare

Job Requirement

Any bachelor’s degree and Business Administration is more preferable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet and email.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in this position.
• Good in Business English Communication and writing.
• Must be known Government labor laws knowledge
• Must be use World, Excel, Power Point.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Strong communication skills
