Job Description

-We are looking for a driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial professional to build compelling offerings for our clients to fully leverage our technology, as well as driving the adoption.

capabilities, and implements the changes

Experience
- 5+ proven experience in Sales and Marketing, Business Development/Planning, Account Management in B2B business industries. Desirably, IT background with basic knowledge of how IT works but no need to be able to code or programming. Strong in communication skills, in both Burmese and English, concisely and with precision. Japanese communication skills are preferred but not mandatory.Experience in working in a diversified organization/environment. Experience in working in a Japanese company is also preferred but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities include:
-Understand our IT service for Agriculture, Healthcare and the other industories,
especially how it works and how the technology benefits the end users and find
opportunities to grow business scalably and profitably.
-Define long-term vision, work backward from business needs and pain points, and
translate them into product roadmap, solutions, and execution plans.
-Develop business cases, and drive global leadership.
-Work cross-functionally with global teams, operations teams, and other business
functions (e.g. Compliance, Legal, Finance) to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions.
-Prioritize and manage features, considering tradeoffs and optimizing for customer
experience.
-Define and monitor metrics to continuously improve
